No Sweat!

Back: To avoid having sweat tickling down your back, wear clothes made of natural fibers, which absorb moisture. Stay away from spray starches or fabric conditioners. They interfere with the fabric's ability to breathe.

Waist: Wetness here can't evaporate if the air can't reach it. Clothing with lower, looser waistbands, no waists (like shift dresses) or drawstring waists makes moisture build-up less likely to occur.

Hands: Wash hands with a non-moisturising soap, rinse with cold water, dry, then dip your palms in cornstarch, rubbing it in well. Skip hand lotions if your hands tend to be clammy and don't run hands through product-laden hair.

Groin: Warmth and dampness are easily trapped here. To avoid feeling clammy, opt for cotton underwear, preferably with high-cut legs that don't grip the top of your thighs.

Feet: Sweat between the toes can cause painful chafing.

Tip from the kitchen:

For fresh feet, make a cup of hot tea with four tea bags, dilute it with one cup of cold water and soak feet in this astringent solution for 10 minutes.
