Active doesn't necessarily mean sweating away in the gym - it also doesn't mean you need to be caked with colour. Easy and stylish hair and light make-up, and a simple skincare regime are all it takes for active beauty.

Face

  • Jump-start the skin with a sprits of mineral water.

  • Apply moisturizer and sunscreen.

  • Avoid heavier foundations; use; shimmering powder or a tinted moisturizer.

  • Use a soft shimmer shadow or pencil over the whole eyelid.

  • Add a waterproof mascara on the lashes.

  • With your fingertips, dot a cream or gel cheek bronzer on the apples of the cheeks.

  • Apply a glossy lip balm, preferably containing an SPF for added protection.

  • Give the body a healthy sheen by using a light-textured body oil or body shimmer.


Hair
  • Wash and condition.

  • Apply mousse on semi-damp hair.

  • Turn your head upside down and blow-dry.

  • To control wild ends, use a light gel and shape with your fingertips or brush.


Fragrance
Keep fresh and smell fresh with a spritz of a light, watery, citrusy fragrance.
